SHIPPING POLICY

01 — SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally, to PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. Orders placed with ineligible shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

02 — ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day are typically dispatched within 48 hours from our California fulfillment center.

Orders paid via ACH (eDebit) may experience an additional 1–2 business day hold while funds clear before fulfillment is initiated. Orders paid via cryptocurrency or card-equivalent rails are released to fulfillment once the transaction is confirmed on-chain or by the gateway.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been handed off to FedEx. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier.

03 — SHIPPING METHODS & TIMELINES

All orders are shipped via insured, tracked FedEx services from our Paramount, CA fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery estimates are provided by FedEx and are not guaranteed. Optimal Genesis LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, federal holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

04 — PACKAGING & HANDLING

All compounds are packaged in tamper-evident, temperature-conscious materials appropriate to the product. Lyophilized peptides are stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard shipping windows and do not require cold-chain logistics during transit.

Upon receipt, products should be refrigerated immediately and stored according to the storage instructions provided on the Certificate of Analysis (CoA). Optimal Genesis LLC is not responsible for product degradation caused by improper storage after delivery.

05 — SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service level. Promotional free shipping, when offered, applies only to FedEx Ground and only to orders that meet the stated threshold.

06 — LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Once a shipment has been handed off to FedEx, the carrier assumes liability for the package in transit. Optimal Genesis LLC will assist with claims under the following conditions:

• Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us at hello@optimalgenesis.co. We will open a FedEx investigation. If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will issue a replacement or store credit per our Refund Policy.
• Damaged on arrival: Photograph the damaged packaging and product before opening any further. Submit a claim within 7 calendar days of delivery per our Refund Policy.
• Marked delivered but not received: Contact FedEx first to file a missing-package claim. We may assist by providing transaction and shipping records, but we are not liable for theft after carrier confirmation of delivery.

07 — ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are solely responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to addresses provided by the buyer that result in non-delivery, return-to-sender, or misdelivery are not eligible for a refund.

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect address, we may, at our discretion, reship the order at the buyer’s expense or issue store credit minus shipping and handling costs.

08 — SIGNATURE & RECEIPT

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery at FedEx’s discretion or based on order value. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package during normal delivery hours.

09 — COMPLIANCE & RESTRICTIONS

All products sold by Optimal Genesis LLC are research-grade biochemical compounds intended for in vitro, non-clinical laboratory research only. By placing an order, you represent that you are a researcher or laboratory authorized to receive and handle such compounds, and that you will not use the products for human or animal consumption.

Customs seizure, regulatory hold, or any import-related issue resulting from the buyer’s shipping address or jurisdiction is the sole responsibility of the buyer. See our Refund Policy Section 02.

10 — ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Orders cannot be modified once they have entered fulfillment. Address changes, item substitutions, or shipping method upgrades must be requested before fulfillment begins by emailing hello@optimalgenesis.co with your order number.

We will accommodate modifications when possible but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been picked or packed.
