01 — Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Buyer,” “Researcher,” or “you”) and Optimal Genesis LLC, a Wyoming Close Limited Liability Company (“Optimal Genesis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing optimalgenesis.co, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase any products.

02 — Research Use Only

All compounds listed on this website are sold exclusively for legitimate in vitro scientific research, laboratory analysis, and educational purposes (“Research Use Only” or “RUO”). By purchasing from Optimal Genesis you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You are purchasing the product solely for lawful laboratory or scientific research purposes.
• You will not use, administer, inject, ingest, or otherwise apply any product to humans or animals.
• You will not resell or redistribute any product for purposes of human or animal consumption.
• You understand that these compounds have not been approved for therapeutic, diagnostic, or any other clinical use by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body.
• You accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of research compounds in your jurisdiction.

03 — Researcher Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Optimal Genesis. By completing checkout, you represent that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age or institutional affiliation at any time and to cancel orders where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Optimal Genesis does not sell to minors. If we have reason to believe an order was placed by someone under 18, that order will be cancelled and refunded, and the account may be permanently suspended.

04 — No Medical Claims

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a solicitation to use any compound for health-related purposes. Optimal Genesis makes no representations that any product is safe or effective for human use. Any scientific literature, product descriptions, or third-party references provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement or a claim of therapeutic value.

05 — Orders, Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Optimal Genesis reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for non-research purposes. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing; any such order may be cancelled.

06 — Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Optimal Genesis is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that importing and possessing research compounds is legal in their jurisdiction prior to ordering.

07 — Returns & Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. In the event of a verified shipping error, product defect, or damaged shipment, please contact us at hello@optimalgenesis.co within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. Approved remedies are limited to replacement or store credit at our discretion. Please also refer to our separate Refund Policy page for additional detail.

08 — Certificates of Analysis

Optimal Genesis provides third-party Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for each product batch. These documents are provided for transparency and researcher due diligence only. Purity figures reflect the tested batch and do not constitute a guarantee for every individual unit. CoAs are available in the CoA Library on this website.

09 — Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Optimal Genesis expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

10 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimal Genesis LLC, its members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of this website, purchase or use of any product, or breach of these Terms — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Optimal Genesis LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of any product purchased from us; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) any claim by a third party resulting from your actions.

12 — Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product descriptions, and design elements — is the property of Optimal Genesis LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

13 — Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using this website, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

14 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to venue.

15 — Modifications

Optimal Genesis reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

16 — Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17 — Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Optimal Genesis LLC with respect to your use of this website and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
